Me and my process.

In addition to pottery, I have a degree in Interior Design and a certificate in floristry. I have managed my own flower garden but not supply my handmade pottery to local shops. I also enjoy baking, painting and decorating.

My pottery process begins by selecting top-grade clay from local suppliers. The clay is wedged to remove air pockets, weighed and then shaped on the wheel to bring each piece to life. Following the shaping stage, the pieces are dried before undergoing a bisque firing to prepare them for the glazing process. Once hand-glazed, the items are fired again.
